What does a typical retreat week look like?

A five-day schedule chart with colored blocks representing daily activities. Each day starts with breakfast at 8am, followed by various activities such as interviews, teaching discussions, lunch, rest, reflection, play, dinner, and a departure on the last day. The timeline runs from 8am to 8pm.

Unlike many retreats, we intentionally leave plenty of unhurried time in your schedule. We believe some of the most meaningful moments happen over a quiet dinner, a walk along the beach, or watching the sunset together. Every retreat is personalized, so your schedule will be tailored to your needs and goals. Here's what a typical week may look like:

Saturday

  • Arrive in Kona

  • Settle into your accommodations

  • Enjoy a relaxing evening together

Sunday

  • Attend a local church (optional)

  • Explore Kona

  • Rest and prepare for the week ahead

Monday–Friday
Each day includes a balance of:

  • Personalized marriage coaching sessions

  • Guided conversations and practical exercises

  • Time for reflection and connection

  • Lunch and personal time

  • Free afternoons or evenings to enjoy Kona together

Our goal is to provide meaningful coaching while giving you plenty of space to process, relax, and reconnect.
